Install Mavens started because we were tired of watching families’ struggle.
After 30 years as a Maintenance Director in assisted living and memory care communities across Georgia, Brian had installed thousands of grab bars, modified hundreds of bathrooms, and responded to countless emergency calls. He knew exactly what seniors needed to stay safe at home.
He saw how hard it was for families to find contractors who understood aging-in-place work—not just handymen who'd slap a grab bar on drywall and call it done.
So in 2024, wey started Install Mavens. The idea was simple: bring the same quality and expertise we provided in senior facilities to families who wanted to stay home.

Our Women Contractor Network
We actively recruit and train women contractors—plumbers, electricians, installers. It's a key part of who we are. Many of our senior clients, especially women living alone, feel more comfortable with women contractors in their homes. We get that, and we've built our team around it.
How We Work
1. You call or book online
Accessibility advocate answers. You explain what you need. She asks questions, gives you a ballpark price, and schedules an assessment if needed.
2. We assess (free for most jobs)
For simple jobs like grab bars, we can often quote over the phone. For bigger projects, we come out, measure, and give you a detailed quote. No hidden fees.
3. We schedule and install
Most grab bar jobs take 1-3 hours. Bathroom modifications take 1-3 days depending on scope. Emergency jobs get priority—we've done hospital discharge prep in 24 hours when families needed it.
4. We test and guarantee
Every grab bar gets load-tested before we leave. Every installation comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty. If something's not right, we come back and fix it.
