Install Mavens Warranty and Guarantee Policies


Labor Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on labor for all modifications and installations. This warranty covers any issues that arise due to workmanship errors during the installation or modification process.


If an issue occurs within the warranty period, we will assess and correct the problem at no additional cost.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized alterations, or natural wear and tear.

Material and Product Warranty

Customer-Supplied Materials: We are not responsible for defects in or failures of materials or products supplied by the customer.

Install Mavens-Supplied Materials: Materials or products provided by Install Mavens will carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist in coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer, if needed.

Scope of Services Covered

This warranty applies to:


Aging-in-Place Modifications: Grab bars, ramps, accessible showers, and other custom installations.


ADA-Compliant Installations: Commercial and residential modifications to meet ADA standards.


General Installations: Lighting, fixtures, appliances, and other installations.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:


1. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or lack of maintenance.

2. Repairs or modifications made by other parties after our work is completed.

3. Issues arising from pre-existing structural or design conditions.


Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 30 days of the job completion. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
